Commitment as a Buyer

  • Fulfil appointments with exhibitors

As the main objective of buyers to attend ITB Asia is to meet potential with exhibitors, it’s proved that there were more than 22,000 pre-scheduled appointments before the start of the show. 

We would recommend buyers to complete a minimum of 8 appointments per day to have sufficient free time to explore new business opportunities within the showfloor with other interesting exhibitors and be upgraded at ITB Asia’s educational forums/workshops.

  • Stay and be engaged in the show floor

We ask for you to spend your free time between appointments to be inspired and meet with new industry friends within the showfloor. Be engaged with on-floor activities such as the raffle draw, performances and hosted cocktails.
