This FAQ is designed for media representatives, journalists, and industry partners covering ITB Asia 2026.

Below are some of the frequently asked questions on matters pertaining to the media about ITB Asia. We hope you find them useful.

We are interested to become a media partner for ITB Asia. Who do we get in touch with?

Thank you for your ongoing support for ITB Asia. Please feel free to get in touch with our Marketing team at media@itb-asia.com for further guidance.

Hosted media are selected based on whether the publication’s content align with the event theme for the year. It’s mandatory to be a media partner of ITB Asia to qualify for a hosted journalist. Please feel free to contact our Marketing Team at media@itb-asia.com for more information on the application process.

As a media partner, you will still need to register to apply for a media pass for ITB Asia 2026. You would receive an email from our Marketing Team for registration.

For non-media partner of ITB Asia, you may pre-register as accredited media online closer to the show date. There will not be any onsite media accreditation during the show days. All media accreditation are pre-registered online.

Editors and journalists interested in attending ITB Asia are entitled to a complimentary media pass for our physcial event. Proof of your status as a valid media would be required for the application online. Interested parties may pre-register prior to the event. There will not be onsite media accreditation during show days.

A media pass would provide journalists and editors access to 3 days of the physical event including entry to the exhibition hall, conferences and press conferences across Basement 2, Level 1 and 3 of Sands Expo and Convention Centre. Media(s) would also be able to access the media centre located at Angsana 3D, Level 3. Media(s) will also be entitled to set up and manage business appointments with exhibitors and speakers via our Online Diary.

You may pre-register as accredited media online closer to the show date. There will not be any media accreditation available onsite during show days. All media accreditation are pre-registered online.

The online link to pre-register for media accreditation will open in September. You may refer here for any updates.

Following confirmation of your media accreditation status, you will be able to set up and manage business appointments with exhibitors and speakers via our Online Diary. Interested exhibitors and speakers will also be able to set up appointments with you via the online system. ITB Asia will send your log-in details for you to access the online system to confirm appointments. If you’re having any issues with the system, please feel free to get in touch with our Marketing team at media@itb-asia.com for further guidance.
