Led by the Official Guided Tour Partner of ITB Asia 2026 – Woopa Group, the tours take participants to selected exhibitors showcasing destinations, experiences, technologies and business solutions. Along the way, gain insights into the industry, discover new opportunities and connect with fellow trade participants.
The Guided Tours are free of charge, conducted in English, and exclusively available to registered ITB Asia participants.

This tour will provide an overview of the different show zones, including destinations and regions, hospitality, MICE, travel technology and the Experience Zone.

The ITB Asia Guided Tours offer registered participants a curated way to explore the show floor across ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia. Led by Official Guided Tour Partner Woopa Group, the tours feature selected exhibitors showcasing destinations, experiences, technologies and business solutions. Tour routes and featured exhibitors may change depending on operational requirements and exhibitor availability.
Each Guided Tour lasts 75 minutes. Participants should arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour begins. The meeting point and final tour details will be shared with confirmed participants closer to the event.
Participation is complimentary and exclusively available to registered ITB Asia 2026 participants, including Trade Visitors, Buyers, Exhibitors, Speakers and Media. A valid event badge is required to join the tour. Places are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
No. Each participant may register for one Guided Tour slot only, subject to availability.
Yes. Guided Tour registration does not constitute registration for ITB Asia 2026. Participants must register separately for the event and have a valid ITB Asia 2026 badge to access the exhibition venue and join the tour.
Please inform the Organising Team as early as possible so your place can be offered to another participant. During the tour, participants should follow the instructions of the tour guide and event or venue staff.
