More than 150 top speakers, including leaders from Agoda, Cvent, Disney Cruise Line, FCM Travel Asia, Simon-Kucher, Trip.com, WebBeds and many more, will take the stage at the ITB Asia Conference 2026, running alongside ITB Asia from 21–23 October in Singapore. Under the theme “Experiences in Motion: Human-Centred Design in Travel & Tourism”, the conference will explore the trends reshaping travel across APAC.
Singapore/Berlin, 23 September 2026 – How are changing traveller expectations, new technologies and shifting behaviours reshaping the future of travel across Asia-Pacific? How are destinations, hospitality and business events adapting to meet these changes? And where will the next opportunities for growth emerge across Asia-Pacific?
These questions will take centre stage at ITB Asia Conference 2026, taking place from 21–23 October 2026 at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
Under this year’s theme, “Experiences in Motion: Human-Centred Design in Travel & Tourism”, the programme will examine how the travel industry is responding to changing consumer behaviour, new technologies and evolving business models – with a focus on putting people and their experiences at the centre of innovation.
Organised by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific, the three-day conference will bring together more than 150 industry leaders across the Knowledge Theatre, MICE Show Asia Theatre and Travel Tech Asia Theatre. The programme will feature presentations, panel discussions, case studies and showcases, covering key topics across Leisure, MICE, Corporate Travel and Travel Technology: from market trends and Chinese outbound tourism to sustainability, luxury travel, AI, data, emerging technologies, experience design and the future of business events.
Darren Seah, Executive Director, Messe Berlin Asia Pacific, said: “Business meetings and networking are at the heart of ITB Asia, but the value of the show also lies in the knowledge and market intelligence that the industry can take away from it. ‘Experiences in Motion: Human-Centred Design in Travel & Tourism’ reflects how traveller needs and expectations are evolving alongside technology and changing business models. Our conference brings the industry together to exchange insights, share practical knowledge and explore new opportunities across travel, tourism and MICE.”
