MICE Show Asia 2026 will feature a curated line-up of MICE-focused activities designed to enrich the attendee experience, including the new Association Executive Networking Session, the returning Pinnacle Partners Experience and the Global MICE Collaborative’s MICE Fundamentals Workshop, creating more opportunities for networking, professional development and industry exchange.
Singapore/Berlin, 18 August 2026 – MICE Show Asia 2026 will return from 21 – 23 October 2026 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore, bringing together destinations, venues, MICE suppliers, meeting planners, corporate travel professionals and buyers to build partnerships and explore business opportunities across Asia Pacific.
The expansion reflects continued demand for business events opportunities across the region, as buyers and suppliers navigate changing expectations around destinations, event experiences, flexibility, technology, sustainability and the growing importance of measurable business and experiential value.
A growing marketplace with a focused buyer community
MICE Show Asia 2026 will connect an expanding marketplace of international and regional MICE suppliers with a diverse community of MICE and corporate travel buyers, reinforcing its role as a focused business platform for Asia Pacific.
Confirmed exhibitors include Ayana, Festive Events, Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort, Liberty International Tourism Group, Sapporo Convention Bureau, Sri Lanka Convention Bureau, Uganda Convention Bureau, Uniworld Boutique River Cruises, among others.
“MICE Show Asia is evolving in line with the needs of today’s business events industry,” said Darren Seah, Executive Director, Messe Berlin Asia Pacific. “Buyer expectations are changing, with greater emphasis on measurable outcomes, meaningful experiences and value from meetings and events. At the same time, suppliers need relevant opportunities to connect with decision-makers and understand where the market is heading. MICE Show Asia brings these needs together by combining business connections with networking, knowledge exchange and professional development within one platform.”
This focus on business connections is also reflected in the growing community of more than 200 MICE buyers. Among the confirmed buyers to date are representatives from leading organisations including Amex GBT, Asian MICE Planner Co. Ltd, Be Event Group, ConferenceDirect, Culturebrand Luxury Travel & Events, HelmsBriscoe, International Conference Services, K.I.T. Group APAC Pte Ltd, LamontCo, Technical Communications Intelligent Japan Inc, TUI Travel Center, World Association for Medical Law and the World Psychiatric Association, with many more influential buyers from across the MICE, leisure and corporate travel sectors expected to join in the lead-up to the show.

More ways to connect, experience and develop
As the marketplace grows, MICE Show Asia is also expanding the ways in which industry professionals can connect and create value beyond the exhibition floor. The 2026 edition will feature a series of curated networking, experiential and professional development initiatives designed to create deeper connections and practical value for the MICE and corporate travel community.
Making its debut in 2026, the Association Executive Networking Session will bring together association executives in an invitation-only setting for peer-to-peer exchange, industry networking and discussions around shared opportunities and challenges.
Following its successful debut in 2025, the Pinnacle Partners Experience at MICE Show Asia returns for a second edition. Curated and led by Uncommon Conferences, the invitation-only experience will bring together a select group of MICE and corporate buyers for a closed-door experiential session. Moving beyond traditional conference formats, the experience will encourage participants to explore the challenges and opportunities facing today’s B2B event planners through an immersive and highly interactive format. As David Sand, Group CEO, Uwin Iwin Incentives, said following the 2025 experience: “It’s always a joy for me to be exposed to uncommon experiences and I thoroughly enjoyed the morning. I wish there were more of these weaved into the same old same old bigger events.”
The MICE Fundamentals: Conference, Exhibition & Incentive Events Workshop, curated by Global MICE Collaborative, will provide a further professional development opportunity. This ticketed workshop is designed to upskill and reskill emerging MICE professionals and new entrants to the industry. Led by experienced practitioners representing the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), the workshop will cover the fundamentals of designing and delivering successful conferences, exhibitions and incentive events, combining practical learning with real-world applications, industry networking and access to useful tools and resources.
Together, these initiatives reinforce MICE Show Asia’s role beyond a traditional trade exhibition, providing multiple opportunities for industry professionals to do business, exchange knowledge, develop skills and build deeper industry connections.
Exploring the future of MICE
Building on its role as a business marketplace, the MICE Show Asia 2026 conference programme will bring together industry leaders, MICE buyers, destinations, corporate travel professionals, technology experts and business events specialists to examine the trends and commercial priorities shaping the future of meetings, incentives, conferences and events across Asia Pacific.
