Singapore/ Berlin, 28 July 2026 – Travel Tech Asia 2026 returns from 21–23 October 2026 at Sands Expo & Convention Centre (Level 1), Singapore, bringing together technology providers, travel businesses and buyers to explore the innovations shaping the future of travel. The event will also feature leading industry voices and discussions on the key trends driving the next generation of travel technology, from artificial intelligence and digital transformation to connectivity and new business models.

Dedicated hosted buyer programme connects technology providers with decision-makers

A key highlight of Travel Tech Asia 2026 is the introduction of a dedicated hosted buyer programme focused exclusively on travel technology. The programme is designed to connect solution providers with a distinct audience of technology-focused buyers, including CIOs, CTOs and procurement leaders from hospitality, travel agencies, destination management companies (DMCs).

Expected to welcome around 100 quality buyers from the travel technology sector, the programme responds to the growing demand for technology solutions that support digital transformation, operational efficiency and innovation across the travel industry.

The dedicated travel technology buyer segment complements the established buyer communities of ITB Asia and MICE Show Asia, providing a more targeted environment for technology-led purchasing discussions and business opportunities.

“Technology has become a key driver of innovation and growth across the travel industry. Travel Tech Asia brings together solution providers and technology-focused buyers to foster meaningful partnerships and accelerate digital transformation. With the launch of a dedicated hosted buyer programme and the new All Access Pass, we are making it easier than ever for participants to connect across ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia,” said Darren Seah, Executive Director, Messe Berlin Asia Pacific.

One integrated experience across Travel Tech Asia, ITB Asia and MICE Show Asia

Visitors to Travel Tech Asia, ITB Asia and MICE Show Asia will benefit from the All Access Pass, allowing access to all three co-located events through a single registration. The integrated model replaces the previous separate registration approach and provides attendees with a seamless way to explore the full range of travel, MICE and technology solutions available across the events.

The All Access Pass provides access to all three exhibition halls, conference sessions across the events, networking functions and the business meetings feature via the event app. “The pass creates a more integrated event experience, enabling visitors to discover new technologies, connect with industry peers and maximise their time across all three events,” added Darren Seah.
