Allocated Hotel

Hotel allocation is at the discretion of the Buyers Team. Assignment is made randomly and/or dependent on your group. No changes can be made on the allocation of hotel.

Allocation of hotels will be available in the Buyer’s Login 4 weeks before ITB Asia/MICE Show Asia. Hotel confirmation number will be available in the Buyer’s Login 2-3 weeks before ITB Asia/MICE Show Asia.

ITB Asia/MICE Show Asia will cover charges for room-only and 1 daily breakfast at one of our preferred hotels. Any extra costs incurred (i.e. additional breakfast, in-room dinning, additional pax, private transfers, etc.) are on the buyers' own account, payable to the hotel/vendor directly.

If you wish to extend your trip or arrive early, on own account, we recommend you explore preferred rates with our Preferred Hotels here.

For hosted buyers who wish to extend your hotel stay at the same allocated hotel, please liaise with the hotel directly after the release of hotel confirmation number 2-3 weeks before the show.

Changes to your allocated hotel are strictly not allowed. All hotels are pre-allocated based on recommended hotel partner. If you are a self-nominated buyer, you will be guaranteed a 4/5-star hosted accommodation at random and/or an allocation based on sponsors‘ preference.

Name change is not allowed after 1 September 2020, as all room allocation will be finalised. All hosted hotels will be reserved under the passport name of the respective buyers.

If you’re looking to share your room with your colleague/family, please inform buyer@itb-asia.com to add this information in the reservation records. Any extra costs incurred (i.e. additional breakfast, in-room dinning, additional pax, private transfers, etc) are on the buyers' own account, payable to the hotel/vendor directly.

The availability of rooms will be subjected to the hotel’s discretion. The allocated hotel and hotel booking number will be released in October. From then, you will be able to contact the hotel for any changes to the room thereafter.
