Kindly note that the minimum number of appointments is to be fulfilled across 3 days. We encourage at least 8 appointments a day.

Cancellation of Appointments

• Should you wish to cancel your business appointment, kindly email us at buyer@itb-asia.com
• Please advise on the appointments you wish to cancel and the reasons for cancellation. As your appointments are based on matched results, a validation process will be carried out before we proceed with the cancellation

Buyers are not advised to re-schedule any assigned appointments to free up personal time or for private external meetings. If an appointment on-site needs to be re-scheduled, please inform us the reason for doing so and we’ll try our best to accommodate. No-show for appointments will be reflected on your buyer’s profile.

If you missed an appointment, please confirm another suitable time directly with the exhibitor. All pre-scheduled appointments are to be attended on an individual basis only.
