We understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, cancellation of buyer packages might occur. The deadline for zero-penalty cancellation is before 1 September 2020. This will provide us ample time to finalise necessary arrangements for your arrival and for you to confirm your travel plans to the show.

After the 1 September 2020, a cancellation fee of USD 1,100 will be charged to your card upon confirmation of cancellation.

No-show fees of USD 1,100 will also be charged should the buyer not check in or attend any Day 1 appointments.

Cancellation fees will be charged to submitted payment details.

Cancellation due to Medical Reasons

We understand that attending exhibitions can be tiring and we do not advise you to register as an attending buyer should you not be feeling well or if you are recovering from surgery.

Buyers who cancel are required to provide a valid Medical Certificate (in English, with official stamp of clinic/hospital and signature from a doctor) via email to buyer@itb-asia.com within 48 hours of notification. Upon verification of your email, your cancellation fees will be waived via an email reply.
