Companies interested in exhibiting may select between complete stand packages or space only options. For every 9sqm purchased, exhibitors are entitled to:
- One (1) appointment set with listing
- Two (2) exhibitors’ badges
Looking to maximise your meetings schedule at ITB Asia? Exhibitors may also purchase additional appointment sets and badges at an added cost. For every 9sqm, you are entitled to purchase additional:
- Four (4) additional badges
- One (1) appointment set

The Basic Shell Scheme includes the following:

When renting up to 18sqm it is mandatory to select the complete stand package. The choice of stand form can be indicated, but is subject to availability and can not be guaranteed.
Listed Price per 9sqm:
US$5,549.00 (Listed Price) + (applicable GST*)

Choosing the space-only option allows you to select the optimal stand form for your ITB Asia 2018 participation:
1) Row stand: US$5,282.00 (Listed Price) per 9sqm
2) Corner stand: US$5,837.00 (Listed Price) per 9sqm
3) Peninsula stand: US$6,746.00 (Listed Price) per 9sqm
4) Island stand: US$7,847.00 (Listed Price) per 9sqm
(+ applicable GST*)
For raw space larger than 400sqm, the row stand price is applicable for the multiple open side options.
Please note: Raw space can only be selected for spaces above 18sqm.
