We wish to accommodate to all buyer applications, but there are limited slots available, especially for hosted buyers. We seek your kind understanding and cooperation in respecting the Buyers Team's decision.

Package awarded is dependent of the results of the Buyers Team's validation; it may or may not be similar to the initial package selected or past year’s assigned package.

ITB Asia/MICE Show Asia tries to avoid hosting the same buyers every year to ensure that the show has a fresh pool of buyers for the exhibitors participating. Hosting entitlements may be switched on a yearly basis to provide opportunity for sellers to meet new buyers and to provide equal opportunities to all participating companies.

In the best interest of exhibitors, hosted buyer contingent will be rotated to accommodate to the exhibitor demands during the show and to also provide hosting opportunity for new buyers who have yet to have the chance to visit the show.

All approved packages are final. Should you wish to request for a 2nd review, please take note of the following:

• Send your request to buyer@itb-asia.com.
• Supplement us with any outbound travel itineraries or events organised (outside of home country) in the past 6 months for consideration. Any destination management companies (DMC) or hotels that you have worked with will be helpful.
• Please allow 4 – 8 weeks of processing time for the 2nd review.
